Foundation laying ceremony for Shanghai Kingboard Plaza on 25th November
The group laid the foundation stone for Shanghai Kingboard Plaza, located at Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Economic Zone on 25th November. Shanghai Kingboard Plaza in Changning District, Shanghai is a SOHO, office and retail project. The project is only 5 minutes away from Shanghai Hongqiao International airport, rail and link to transportation hub.
The provides easy access to Shanghai Hongqiao International airport. The site area of Shanghai Kingboard Plaza is 49,000 square metre with gross floor area of around 150,000 square metre. The completion date for this project is targeted for 2013.
